Workers at Salt Lake City Public Library are organizing with AFSCME Local 1004. Join us on Monday, April 24 at 3:30 p.m. at Main Library branch (210 East 400 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84111) where we will be gathering outside to attend SLCPL's Board of Directors meeting. Together with members of SLCPL Workers United, political stakeholders and community supporters, we will be officially notifying the library of their organizing efforts and requesting voluntary recognition. We will also be asking the Board to commit to passing a resolution that grants us collective bargaining rights. We hope to see you there!
